Choose an open position and fill in the application form on this site.
Eurowings Challenge
For some positions, you'll get a personal code by e-mail for a hands-on test: handle an airline inbox like it's your first day.
Decision
The recruitment team reviews your application. You get an e-mail either way.
First flight
Once accepted, your base team trains you and you get your Eurowings Staff access.
The right profile.
Good questions.
Is it free?+
Yes. Joining the group, flying as a passenger and being part of the staff are all free.
Do I need experience to apply?+
No. Everyone is trained for their role. We care about motivation and reliability.
Why do you need my e-mail address?+
Only to tell you where your application stands: received, invited to the Challenge, accepted or refused. We don't use it for anything else.
How long until I hear back?+
It depends on the recruitment round, usually a few days. You'll receive an e-mail as soon as your application moves forward.
Can I apply for several positions?+
Yes, one application per position. If you're refused, you can apply again in a later round.
Is this the real Eurowings?+
No. We're a roleplay group on Roblox with no connection to the real airline.
Ready for take-off?
Join the Roblox group and fly with us at the next session. It's free, and the coffee on board is on us.
